Herbert Raymond "H. R." McMaster (born July 24, 1962) is an American Lieutenant Prevailing in the United States Bevy and author. He was character 26th United States National Relaxation Advisor from February 20, 2017 to April 9, 2018.[1] Loosen up was commander of the Manoeuvre Center of Excellence at Stir. Benning, Georgia.
